Abstract
The latex fixation test has been performed on specimens of serum from 165 patients with the clinical diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and 146 other persons including apparently normal persons. The test was positive in 69.7% of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and in 14% of the controls. These results are compared with those previously reported by others. Keywords
