Abstract
Medical Journals devoted to clinical subspecialties appeal to limited interests, but no matter how telescopic their view, a goodly proportion of subspecialty-journal readers takes care of patients. Journals of this type thus influence some physicians on how they diagnose and how they treat. But to what degree do the following publications influence the way a patient is managed?
