Abstract
The bridge supply yields a voltage which consists of two sinusoidal voltages of different frequencies. Due to frequency mixing, signals arise which allow the detection of nonlinear terms dnI/dUn in the current-voltage characteristics of tunnel junctions. Examples of measurements up to d3I/dU3 are presented. Keywords
