Abstract
Measurement of the leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) activity in the sera of 11 patients with radiographically documented twin pregnancy revealed levels of enzymatic activity present during the third trimester of pregnancy which were significantly higher than the levels of leucine aminopeptidase activity in the sera of 25 control patients with single pregnancies. Keywords
