Abstract
The Feshbach-type idempotent-projection procedure, developed recently by the author, is applied to closed-channel resonances of He. The energies of the well-known two S2, two Po2, and one D2 resonances lying below the 3 S3 threshold are obtained. Quartet QHQ spectra of the same symmetries are investigated, and one Po4 autoionizing resonance below the 3 S3 threshold is found.
