Abstract
Rhodium (II) acetate and rhodium (II) propionate were found to be antineoplastic agents. Both compounds inhibited DNA and RNA synthesis. The rhodium(II) propionate was also found to block de novo purine biosynthesis. Binding studies employing the carbon-14-labeled rhodium (II) acetate showed binding to DNA (poly A), and two proteins. Keywords
