Abstract
The N-retaining action of testosterone propionate was studied in 2, mature castrate male dogs, and at 2 levels of N intake. After establishing N equilibrium, N retention was induced with the hormone at a N intake above the minimal maintenance level, but no retention took place at the minimal level. Keywords
