Abstract
The authors offer an overview of their 20-year involvement in the development of an endovascular graft for abdominal aortic aneurysm exclusion. Clinical experience gained throughout 6 years of clinical evaluation are reviewed, along with observations and insights on preoperative assessment, implantation techniques, and complications.Keywords
