Abstract
The early clinical experience with external beam radiotherapy using three treatment sessions a day is briefly reported. Thirty-seven patients suffering from advanced malignant disease, mostly of the breast or neck, were treated. The normal tissues tolerance was similar to the tolerance of daily fractions using the same doses. Keywords
