Abstract
A case of cervico-occipital teratoma in a neonate is presented. This is the third reported case of teratoma in this unusual location and the first excised during the neonatal period. The radiographic and histological examination, treatment, and follow-up findings in this case are presented, along with a review of the literature.Keywords
