Abstract
SYNOPSIS: A new species of mole cricket is separated from Gryllotalpa gryllotalpa Linnaeus on the basis of differences in the song, the sound‐producing organs and dimensions of the wings and body. The singing burrow is described and related to the frequency of the song. A new key to males of the European Gryllotalpa is provided. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
