Abstract
The occurrence of past suicide attempts by 142 male and 49 female heroin addicts was 9–9%, and 18.3% reported current suicidal ideation; the rate of past attempts was lower than previously reported for heroin addicts. The findings suggested that the incidence of suicidal behavior in heroin addicts may not be as high as previously believed. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
