Abstract
When strychnine is applied topically to the cat's cerebellum, injected intravenously or into the dentate nucleus in doses of .018 to .022 mg per kilo, or injected into the cerebellar cortex in doses of 0.3 mgr the electrocerebellogram develops rhythmical waves with a frequency of 10-30 per second and a voltage of 100 to 400 microvolts occurring in periodic discharges of 30 seconds to 3 minutes duration and recurring at intervals of 1 to 3 minutes for 30 minutes to an hour. Keywords
