Abstract
We report a case of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) imaging of a chronic total coronary artery occlusion angioplasty initially complicated by subintimal wire penetration. IVUS provided unique images of wire position and a “double‐barrel” lumen that complemented angiographic data in initial diagnosis and in subsequent guidance of the procedure.Keywords
