Abstract
We point out that Primakoff conversion of 's produces 's. This makes possible a practical tagged beam. In addition one can test the recent suggestion that exchange effects necessitate large corrections to Primakoff measurements of vector-meson electromagnetic widths. It will also be possible to measure in a manner independent of the alleged corrections.
