Abstract
We report measurements of the transverse and longitudinal NMR spectra of liquid in low magnetic fields which support the axial-state model for the liquid in the phase. A quite unexpected additional result found in this work is that the width of the shifted transverse resonance line becomes extremely broad at temperatures well below .
