Abstract
Decision‐making groups with centralized and decentralized leadership structures were compared in terms of communication, behavior, consensus, and two measures of satisfaction. The two types of groups differed significantly in their pattern of communication, but no significant differences between them were found for the consensus or satisfaction measures.Keywords
