Abstract
alloys prepared by proton bombardment of La metal have been studied by orientation of the nuclei. From the variation of the anisotropy of the emitted rays with applied field, the Kondo temperature is estimated to be 0.1 K. AuCe and AgCe have also been studied using the same technique. The results for the three systems are compared with those obtained by other methods.
