Abstract
Numerical estimates of the time lag, the distribution function, and the flux of nuclei show that the differences between slow and fast quenches can be seen only if the critical nucleus has a comparatively large radius. In this case, a clear dependence on the quench rate appears, which hopefully might be observed in laboratory experiments and numerical simulations. Keywords
