Abstract
The syndrome of sternocostoclavicular hyperostosis with painful bilateral clavicular enlargement and subclavian vein obstruction was recently described in older adults. A similar syndrome is reported, but without sternal or costal involvement, in a young man with hypergammaglobulinemia, vasculitis, enthesopathy and oligoarthritis. Keywords
