Interrelated Pharmacologic Effects of Prostaglandins and Bradykinin

Abstract
By studying, in vitro, the contractions of an isolateduterine muscle, we have demonstrated an interrelationship of pharmacological effects between prostaglandins (PG) and brady kinin (BK). A similar interaction occurs between the several PG themselves. Since both PG and BK are known to be involved in the inflammatory process, some possible relations to inflammation are discussed.
