Abstract
This paper presents useful mitigation techniques for the reduction of voltages induced on gas transmission pipelines by 60 Hz ac power transmission lines sharing a joint right-of-way. Part II describes how pipeline grounding methods can be implemented to reduce pipeline voltage peaks after installation of the utilities on the joint right-of-way. The use of properly -designed grounding systems permits the maximum mitigation of pipeline voltages at minimum cost. Keywords
