Abstract
A specimen-carrier for safely handling, protecting and drying minute biological specimens down to 1·0 μm in size during the various steps of the critical point drying procedure is described. Free, unattached cells or subcellular fragments can be processed without loss and without risk of unintentional air-drying.Keywords
