Abstract
The radioallergosorbent test (RAST) was used to demonstrate Ig[immunoglobulin]E antibodies to C. herbarum in 35 children. Freeze-dried samples of C. herbarum were obtained from 2 commercial producers, extracted and used for the preparation of 2 RAST disc series which were compared with the commercially available Phadebas C. herbarum discs. Marked qualitative differences were found. Keywords
