Abstract
The differential white cell counts produced by the Technicon H*1 Autoanalyser in profoundly leucopenic specimens were compared with those carried out by manual differential counting by light microscopy of peripheral blood smears stained with May-Grünwald-Giemsa stain. The correlation achieved allowed the H*1 derived differential count to be reported with confidence. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
