Abstract
The basic properties of surface states were studied by the capacitance measurements for TiO2 electrode to elucidate the role of the surface states on the charge transfer at electrode–electrolyte interface. The surface state density and its energy were obtained respectively to be Nt=1.5×1012 cm−2 and Et=0.4 eV below the bottom of the conduction band. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
