Abstract
After culturing testes from 19-20 day old rat embryos in vitro in the presence of 3H-testosterone, 3H-estradiol could be identified in the culture media by recrystallization to constant specific activity. However, the conversion rate of testosterone to estradiol was low, .apprx. 0.03%.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
