Abstract
The magnetic hyperfine splitting of was determined by the technique of nuclear magnetic resonance on oriented nuclei as MHz. With additional -ray anisotropy data for the 129- and 99-keV rays, we derived the spin, , and the magnetic moment of the isomeric state, , as well as the mixing ratio of the 99-keV transition, .
