Abstract
An individualized sampling device for the collection of human parotid fluid was made by fusing a conventional suction-type collector to an acrylic bite block made to fit the occlusal surfaces of the teeth. The device can be quickly positioned or removed by the subject with no assistance. Cap dislodgment is completely obviated and self-sampling is very simple even in subjects isolated for long periods. Keywords
