Abstract
Mosses growing on naturally Sr rich soils contain high levels of this element. The plants'' response to Ca and Sr is very similar. A mechanism, involving relatively greater Sr binding at the shoot base is presented to account for the differences in analyses of acrocarpous and pleurocarpous species. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
