Abstract
We report two patients with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) who were entered into the current MRC adult ALL trial (UKALL XII) in whom unusually severe vincristine induced neurotoxicity developed. This appeared to be the result of an interaction with itraconazole suspension.Keywords
