Abstract
We present four patients—two pairs of siblings—followed for many years, with pyramidal and parkinsonian features, who responded consistently to levodopa therapy. The patients belong to two unrelated consanguineous families, suggesting that this condition is genetically determined and recessively inherited. Keywords
