Abstract
A report on the effects of prolonged ACTH therapy in 6 advanced cases. The author notes that absence of controls makes interpretation subjective. It is suggested that prolonged therapy may be justifiable but, since hypertension and altered adrenal function were observed, should be kept at a minimal level. Keywords
