Abstract
A case is reported in which pancreatic abscess with erosion into the colon and the splenic artery was treated successfully in a patient. The 35 previously reported cases of colonic fistulization in pancreatitis are reviewed, and the pathophysiology, diagnosis and management of this complication are discussed.This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
