Abstract
Cells producing antibody were detected by a modified Jerne plaque technique. Of plaques initially containing a single central cell, 2.6% (45/1742) later had two. Mitosis of cells producing antibody was directly observed, with a mitotic time of not less than 40 min. for the one mitosis timed at 37[degree]C.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
