Common bile duct obstruction and cholangiohepatitis in clonorchiasis

Abstract
A patient with common bile duct obstruction and cholangiohepatitis was described. Patients with clonorchiasis are usually asymptomatic and treatment is limited to complications. Treatment consists of cholecystectomy, choledochotomy and T-tube drainage.
