Abstract
Presentation of CaseA day-old boy was admitted to the hospital because of a mass in the left hemithorax and respiratory distress.The child was born to a gravida-7 mother 24 years of age after a 37-week gestation. The pregnancy was complicated by hypertension of unknown degree and uncertain treatment and by the administration of an unknown agent for a urinary tract infection; the mother denied use of alcohol, other drugs, or tobacco during the pregnancy. Labor was induced at another hospital by oxytocin, with artificial rupture of membranes, followed by vaginal delivery. The Apgar scores were 6 at one . . .Keywords
