The Strip Method for Serial Celloidin Sections

Abstract

Place 10-18 sections serially on a slide. Weld junctures by application of 2% celloidin applied with a fine brush. Place slide 30 minutes in alcohol-chloroform bath to harden. Strips can be freed readily from slide and stored until ready to stain.
