Abstract
A technique of minilaparotomy [in humans] to avoid the complications and difficulties of transhepatic embolization of bleeding esophageal varices is described. A loop of jejunum is exposed and a mesenteri cvein is cannulated. This approach provides for easy catheterization of esophageal varices. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
