An inherently monotonic 12b DAC

Abstract
A trimless 12b DAC fabricated with bipolar processing and diffused resistors will be described. The circuit, integrated on a 93×134 mil chip, provides 13b performance. Virtually all functional parts are monotonic to 12b or better.Keywords
