Abstract
Destruction of the oxidase by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure for 1 hr., in the absence of O2, and further protection of pelleted masses with flexo-wax where" the surface is small compared with the mass of plant tissue, can even at room temp, effect a marked reduction of carotene loss in the materials used.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
