Abstract
Minimum inhibitory concentrations, minimum bactericidal concentrations, and killing curve assays were measured after Legionella pneumophila was grown in human lung fibroblasts. Results of susceptibility testing of organisms grown intracellularly are compared with results for organisms grown by standard tube dilution methods. Keywords
