Trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole in Enteric Fevers

Abstract
Clinical improvement was rapid in all 13 patients with enteric fever and one with Brucella abortus infection treated with trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole. There were no side-effects of the treatment and it was found easy to administer to toxic and delirious patients.Keywords
