Abstract
A paraelectric resonance study has been made of KCl: over the frequency range 20-150 GHz. The data have been fitted to a -dipole model. The best-fit tunneling parameters (including the estimated systematic errors) are , , and . The electric dipole moment is 5.683±0.06 D. These parameters are compared critically with the existing data on KCl:.
