Abstract
A false aneurysm that formed after injury by a Swan-Ganz catheter to the pulmonary artery in a patient on long-term anticoagulant therapy is reported. The lesion was demonstrated both by computed tomography and pulmonary angiography. The case is unique in that the patient was successfully treated with percutaneous transcatheter embolization. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
