Abstract
A 21-year-old man with posttraumatic epilepsy was poorly controlled on conventional anticonvulsant agents (phenytoin, carbamazepine). However, co-administration of the GABA mimetic agent baclofen improved significantly his seizure control, suggesting that the latter agent could be useful in the management of refractory epilepsy. Keywords
