Abstract
Experimental cross sections at energies of 962 and 437 MeV/nucleon are reported for ⇄ and ⇄ in Mylar, Cu, and Ta, as well as equilibrium charge-state distributions in these materials. At 962 MeV/nucleon a beam containing over 85% bare nuclei is obtained.
