Abstract
A new approach for estimating a human population at risk of alcoholism and problem drinking was discussed. Its advantages included specification of planning-relevant social-demographic characteristics of a population at risk and the identification of a population base in terms of which alcohlism programs, services and resources could be comparatively evaluated. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
