Abstract
A method was developed specifically for the determination of glutamine and asparagine in the presence or absence of other amino acids. The amino acids were derivatized by o-phthalaldehyde/ 2-mercaptoethanol and separated by isocratic elution with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and sodium acetate buffer. An application of the method for the analysis of glutamine and asparagine in the enzymatic hydrolysate of cottonseed protein is described. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
