Abstract
A 17-year-old patient with extensive but unilateral features of Becker’s melanosis is described. The condition had been related to sunburn and has been slowly progressive. The pigmented areas showed hypotrichosis. A small area of depigmented localized scleroderma was present within the pigmented area of the trunk. The literature of Becker’s melanosis is reviewed with special reference to a similar case.
